I miss you.
I read something today that made me feel like I used to when we were teenagers and the day was foggy and we were sitting in a still car smoking cigarettes and worrying about whether or not we were real.
The Dyatlov Pass Incident.

The internet has been down at my house, so I have been reading Moby Dick and watching Seinfeld dvds. I never thought I would know so much about 19th century whaling.

Summer Elbows, Summer Knees

even though they are breathing fire
and stirring up windstorms
that frighten all the beetles.
It's the spiders that crawl
up the mountain range of your spine
when we sleep out of doors.
